The Review:

No nudity. Hello again I am Mike Stevens here with the Out & About movie review of the romance film, Dream for an Insomniac, which was written and directed by Tiffanie DeBartolo. I have no idea if she is related to the owner of the 49ers, but going by the quality of the movie I think she might be. See daddy might have had to put up the money to put this movie together. As for the movie it starts off in black & white and then changes to color when Ione Skye's character of Frankie, a woman, meets the man of her dreams, David Schrader, played by MacKenzie Astin. A little background, Frankie has been an insomniac most of her life, hence the title, her cousin Rob is gay and both work at her uncle's and his father's coffee shop in San Fran. Ohh ya and Jennifer Aniston is in the movie as well, but who cares. Anyway Frankie loves David but David is in a long-term relationship with Molly, but there isn't any love there, so David must make a tough decision. Should he stay with his long-time girlfriend or take a chance for true love? Again who cares, because way too much boring shit happens in between. So as you might be able to tell, I didn't like the movie mainly because of the writing and the premise. The acting was good, but it couldn't save the movie. So for the Out & About rating of the rated "R" Dream for an Insomniac, I give it two whole couches. It might be worth it to rent it if you like romance films. As for me I'm Mike Stevens and I am outta here.
