The Review:

Well there sure is something about Mary. Hello again I'm Mike Stevens your Out & About movie review person for this final summer edition of Out & About. Tonight I'll be review the hit starring Ben Stiller, There's Something About Mary. This 20th Century Fox comedy is a laugh riot that will keep you amused for the whole movie. It is filled with lots of slap stick comedy and adult humor so that everyone will enjoy themselves. As for the plot, Ben Stiller's character Ted, falls for this girl Mary, hence the name of the movie, who is played Cameron Diaz, and who I might add is very beautiful on the outside. Ted is nice to Mary's brother, who has mental problems, and basically wins a date with Mary to the prom, but unfortunately Ted gets his balls stuck in his zipper at Mary's house, has to go to the ER, and doesn't quite make it to the prom. Then a few years later Ted decides to track Mary down, because there's just something about her, if you get my drift. So he hires a PI who finds her in Miami. This PI played by Matt Dillon then falls for Mary, plus there's a third character, Warren, all vying for Mary's love. Then as the movie goes on, the audience discovers two more guys who have fallen for Mary. As all these men fight each other over Cameron Diaz's character a ton of funny shit is happening. There's this great episode dealing with masturbating and hair gel, another one with a dog on speed, and one when Ben Stiller tries to give Mary's brother a baseball, all these scenes are must see. So as you can probably tell I really enjoyed this movie, though I can't say the acting was spectacular, it didn't matter the material was great. Speaking of which the screenplay came from the directors of this flick, the Farrelly Brothers, Peter and Bobby, and no not the Bradys.

OK I guess it's finally time to give the rating for There's Something About Marry, so here goes, could I get a drum roll please.....no....why not?....OK no drum roll then. There's Something About Mary receives a solid eight couches out of ten for the Out & About rating. I have been Mike Stevens for the Out & About movie review reminding you to tune in next week for another Out & About, but till then good night
